Terrific video review! I recently had the chance to watch Xtro for the first time as well and had many of the same observations as you.
Surprisingly enough, I think its a film that I could see again perhaps if for no other reason than to relish in the insanity as I subject my friends to their inaugural screening.
This is one of the most f'd up films I have seen in some time. I was lucky to grab a beat up VHS copy about 7 years ago at a swap shop and reveled in its' awfulness. But we get to see D'Abo naked so major bonus points there. Nice review as always.
